When you join the program and log your Lutron installs and purchases through the Preferred Pro
web app, you advance through benefit tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As you move up,
you unlock exclusive promotions like access to Lutron technical support. The program tracks the Lutron products you’ve
logged over the last 12 months on a rolling basis, so the more you install, the more benefits you
unlock.
Training That Actually Helps You Sell
Lutron’s Skill-Builder Training Tracks are free online, self-paced courses that cover how to sell,
design, and program Lutron systems. Built right into the web-app platform, quickly find relevant
training sessions to get you and your team updated on the latest from Lutron. Covering topics like
our new kitchen and bath line, Caséta smart home system and Triathlon Select Shades, Lutron
makes education easy.
Get Your Company Listed on Lutron.com
Once you reach the Bronze tier, your company gets listed on Lutron’s Find an Installer search tool
on lutron.com. This allows homeowners to search by zip code and find you directly for their next
Lutron install. No more paying for recycled phone numbers and dead end opportunities, let Lutron
do the marketing, so you have more time to do what you do best: installing solutions that serve
your customers.
Dedicated Support
At the Silver tier, you get access to an exclusive Lutron technical support hotline staffed by Lutron technical
specialists who can help you troubleshoot on the job site. This Preferred Pro Tech Support line
allows you to bypass the standard queue and allows for more customized support.
